Applying his 30yrs of film and television experience Trey offers options once only dreamed of by much larger productions and venues at a fraction of the costs and instantly raising the production value of the production without creating labor intensive real world set building and physical set changes during the performances or storage after the performance is done.

By creating digital matte paintings and digitally projection mapping them on the stage, we can obtain an unlimited amount of backdrops that have depth that cannot be found in a traditional canvas backdrop and we can add atmospheric fx and animation (rain, snow, mist, smoke, sparkles, moving clouds, water fx etc...) on top of the backdrops too. The backdrops can also be relit to match the lighting cues. Most people don’t even realize they are seeing a projected back drop.

This technique requires a custom environment therefore we like to talk with you about your project and meet with you to take a visual survey of the venue and meet with the technical people of the venue before any work starts to ensure the venue is capable of doing projected backdrops ( sometimes you have no choice but to go old school canvas backdrops ) we check the lighting grid, power distribution, distance from the control location to the projectors, as well as throw distances from the projectors to the screens.

If you are looking for something to take your next production to a new level give Trey a call and let’s discuss your needs and see if this might be the right solution for you.
